If you are making a reservation, please choose one of the following courses.
In addition the a la carte menu, thick green tea, light tea, various drinks and original cocktails are also available.


Hassun course

Hassun

main sweet, Hasun, nimonowan, light green tea
You can experience and participate in the “chidori no sakazuki”. A moment where you are able to exchange your sake cup with the tea master and the other guests while serving each other. You can also add more food and drinks at your convenience.


Ichiju-sansai course

light green tea, main sweet, rice bowl, miso soup, mukozuke, nimonowan, yakimono, yuto, and konomono
This is a course where you can experience the most simple way of doing tea kaiseki. Enjoy a meal with one soup and three dishes which is the basis of tea kaiseki.


Sokkon course

cocktail

15,000 yen
light green tea, main sweet, kaiseki rice bowl, miso soup, mukozuke, nimonowan, yakimono, takiawase, yuto, and konomono) cocktail time (60minutes).
Once the light green tea is served, you will go for the kaiseki and later on the cocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails also available).


* We can ask the staff to perform the tea ceremony in front of you, for one seat ¥3,000
* You can make the tea ceremony yourself for 2,000 yen
* Please feel free to contact us for extra dishes such as Takiawase, Sunomono, and Hasun (each one about 1,000 yen but it can vary in function of the ingredients used). We also can change to Shojin cuisine( Lacto-ovo vegetarian ) if requested for the whole table.
* If you would like to start with the tea kaiseki followed by the tea ceremony, please tell us at the time of your reservation.
